Summary

Before I jump into this weeks show I want to dedicate it to Allen from Allen’s camera who passed away last night at the store. Allen was there for me at the beginning and was one of the main catalysts to the early success of FroKnowsPhoto.com.

What does “On Fleek” mean? Honestly it’s a made up term that if you look up on YouTube you just might find yourself laughing.

0:00.0	So I have some bad news to pass along and this happened Thursday evening and I got a call Friday morning from Alan's camera from Rob at Allen's camera letting me know that Alan passed away the night before.
0:11.3	I thought, well, he wouldn't be joking, but Rob usually would bust my balls from time to time when he would call.
0:18.1	He's like, did you hear?
0:19.2	And then he'd be like, we got the new lens or something. And so he's like, did you hear the bad news? And was like,
0:23.6	no. And he's like, Alan passed away at the store last night, which is unfortunate. Alan was
0:29.4	61 years old. And, you know, you went to the funeral with me. I did. You went to the service.
0:37.9	I went over to the cemetery after.
0:39.4	And there were just hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds of people that came out.
0:43.4	Yeah.
0:44.6	You know, it obviously sucks because I wrote the story on Facebook where it said that I lost a friend and a mentor.
0:51.2	And the reason, you know, I worked for Allen's, I think maybe for a year or two,
0:56.1	I don't even think it was two years. For some reason, I don't even know how long it was.
1:00.2	But I learned a lot there. I learned a lot about business and how to treat people and how to
1:06.6	and how to buy better and just business stuff.
1:11.1	And I'm sure just camera gear in general too.
1:12.5	Well, camera gear and, you know, actually, no, I knew all that.
1:15.2	The thing about Allen's is he just threw you to the wolves.

1:20.8	It was just go do and learn along the way, which was hard because I almost didn't last
1:25.0	the first week because I was like, I don't know how I'm going to do this. But, you know, I learned the simple things of learning how to buy better,
