I'm joined by Wolfgang and Susanna, directors of Eurointelligence in Oxford.

Susanna, you had an excellent and funny story this morning about some problems that Finland is having

that have seen some parliamentarians reading fairy tales to each other. Could you explain to us

what is happening there? It was a filibuster by the Finns Party. Finns party is known to oppose against

the recovery fund and this vote was about the recovery fund. Now, the recovery fund has to be approved by all parliaments.

And the Finns put already in the first hurdle, like a couple of weeks ago, requesting that

its own parliament needs a two-third majority rather than a majority to pass the recovery fund.

The problem is that the government coalition doesn't have enough votes to

guarantee the total third majority. So they need opposition MPs to back it up. Now, what happens

on Thursday, a 20 hours long mile from, is that the Finns Party organized themselves to a filibuster,

which means like they took the floor and reciting either

hymns or a little bit of writing hood. So you could listen to Little Red High writing hood whilst

in Parliament during the night. It would be so funny if the European Recovery Fund failed

because of Little Riding. I was at the moment, I was shortly thinking who is actually Little Red Riding Hood in this example?

Who is the bad wolf?

The two fins, the real bad wolves that actually swall over the Little Red Riding Hood and

Little Red Riding Hood is the Recovery Fund.

So that was the short idea that had at that moment.

I mean, going through this night, it was extraordinary.
