I go to therapy every Monday morning since this January.

I think therapy is a beautiful, wonderful thing to have in your spiritual toolbox or just

mental health toolbox of things to use during good times, during bad times, of course.

But even during the mundane, when there's really nothing good or bad, things are just moving along.

Therapy is awesome.

And something I discovered a few months ago,

I think now it's just, I'm ready to talk about it,

is codependency in relationships.

I had no idea that that was me.

I, my whole life I thought, I've heard of codependency, obviously,

but I thought that was a person who was super clingy, very needy, very just completely

reliant for everything, emotional, financial, physical needs on someone else.

And I grew up in a very masculine dominated home. My mom and my grandma, they have never

been married before.

They're very much like, yep, I'm not good at relationships, so I'm not getting into them.

Screw that. I'm just going to take care of my kids, my grandkids, and enjoy my garden.

Right. But these are women who are financially self-sufficient. They are so smart.

They work for their own.

They earn their own.

No, they've never had a partner.

And so coming from that makes me extremely masculine and very, just not in my feminine
