Summary

Comedian and writer Jess Fostekew joins Jack, Seann and Sara for a hilarious chat about life with her step-cats, her childhood dog Poppy, and her not-so-secret longing to be a dog mum. 1:09.9	both be able to give some feedback on what happened at the vet. Yeah. Golly is listening to me. She's sitting on the seat next to me now and she's listening and she's, yeah, I don't even need to go. I don't want to go. I don't need, no, I don't need a jab or anything. I'm fine. but the thing is, she's up to date, and if you let it lapse for too long,
1:31.2	you have to start the whole inoculation thing again,
1:33.9	and it's a more sort of serious kind of sequence of jabs that they have to go through.
1:39.0	So it is worth keeping an eye on the date and when they are due and everything and keeping it done.
2:17.5	Thank you. Does she know she's, can she sense she's going today? I like to think she knows because she listens in on everything and sort of, you know, she knows what's up. But she will definitely know obviously when we get there. But this is the thing Jane said, you know, because it's down the road from us to vet, and there's a cafe where we sometimes have lunch. And Jane said, should we have lunch there and then take it to the vet? And I said, no, because she'll always, then she'll start thinking lunch at that cafe where she's extremely well behaved and likes going. She will link that with having to go to the vet afterwards, she'll think it's a trick, isn't it? That's very clever. Yes, that's very well thought through.
