Hello and welcome to a bonus edition of the Hur Huddled chatty podcast. Now there are two reasons

why we're doing a bonus edition of Her Huddle this week. The first is there is an absolute

bumper week of NFL action on Sky because we've got the first of two back-to-back games in Germany.

And with that, we have welcomed, we already welcomed her actually

at the Spurs game a few weeks ago, but we have welcomed a brand new member to the Sky Sports

NFL crew. So myself and Phoebe straight away, we were like, Olivia Harlan Decker,

we still not sure. Olivia, we have to get you on her huddle. And Olivia, it is great to have you as part of the team.

First of all, the Girl Gang is growing, which makes us so happy.

And brilliant to have you with us as part of the crew.

I can't tell you.

I know I told you in person and then I even put this in like an Instagram caption, but truly your warmth and hospitality when I joined for that first game was so overwhelming. And, you know, just little things. You didn't have to embrace me the way you did. And it really meant a lot. Because as you know, as girls in sport, and especially in the NFL, really have to stick together. And as a foreigner and as a female, and to have that kind of warm welcome from you two in particular was

amazing. Thank you. It's the biggest sort of lie, I think, a misconception about its whole industry,

isn't it, Phoebe, is that women are sort of at each of the strokes and so competitive for these

gigs because actually it's a sisterhood and it is so supportive and then we found that as well yeah absolutely i mean literally like the way

that hannah and i met and how we've been able to work like i learned so much from hannah and i think

that's a big part of it like we're all within an industry that we're so passionate about but there's

so much to learn and take from each other.

I know I said to Hannah, I was like, man, I need this kind of like assertive, you know, this is what

we're going to do, nature from you, Olivia. And like, you know, there's so much that we can learn

from each other. And actually, we're so much better when we work together and work with each other as opposed to
