joining me today our full-time Liverpool reports are both home and away includes

old Trafford that's James Pierce also we've got the LFC editor, Andrew Kelly and

Echoscribed Christian Walsh was also Old Trafford. Well, Old Trafford seems the best place to start

and we'll start with you, James.'s been an hour in over where the Liverpool

deserved the draw, where the United deserves to win. I mean what was your take?

Would you think a draw was a fair result in the end?

Yeah probably. Yeah I think when you look back over the 90 minutes in terms of chances, but you know, I think when you come that close to winning and defend as well as Liverpool had done, you you felt as if you know I think if you

were saying which team probably did more that I thought I thought Liverpool probably edged

it but you couldn't you know it's one of those ones that when you look

back you think maybe just about right but it was a strange game on it because it wasn't

an awful lot of quality really but it was it was I found

it enthralling to watch in terms of you know it was I think you couldn't argue with the just

the intensity of it and the the tempo of the game was great and just it got so

stretched as well later on you know I saw some quotes from why matter today saying

no if only it had been another 10 minutes united with a one one I couldn't quite see

that because in fact after United equalized Liverpool had the best chance to to go on and

win it with Winaldoin which I think he'd be having nightmares about that I think

he was a bit of a back pass I think he just didn't have the strength

left in his leg to just wallop it which is which is what it required but um no I

think there was so many positives for Liverpool on the day.

You know, I think most fans went there with a bit of trepidation
