As you know, I've been working to lose weight for a while, but I love bread, which is pretty much 100% carbs.

One slice of wheat bread is about 12 carbs.

That's 24 carbs if you're making a sandwich and that's just the bread

before you put anything into the sandwich. But I saw an ad online for Hero Bread

that claimed zero carbs. I was skeptical. I tried other zero carb breads in the past that were absolutely horrid.
