An angry, entitled old jerk decides that he's gonna hassle me for taking too long in removing

a hive of angry bees from his home.

But despite the fact that I told him that he needs to leave the area for his safety, this

guy was only concerned about how much I was charging him for my job, refusing to take my safety

precaution seriously.

Here's what happened.

Okay, this just happened and I'm honestly still blown away.

For starters, I'm a bee remover and a bee relocator, and I keep the bees that I remove and have

many hives, and I bill myself as an ethical bee remover. So I have this job at a residence,

and the bees have been ignored long enough that it's now become a massive hive. I talked to the

entitled old man that I was

meeting with and I let them know what to do as I set things up. We have a nice chat and it all

seems to be going very well. I get close to the bees and I realize that they are very defensive.

They're dive bombing and attacking and I'm not even close to them yet. I then go through my safety

process of blocking off a wide area with caution tape

and signage. I talk to dog walking neighbors warning them to stay away, and I talk to both neighbors

telling them to keep their kids and dogs inside. And this is all normal stuff and it reduces my

liability. After I clear space from my ladder, I go up and marker off the area needing to be

cut open to expose the bees.

Now, they are not having it and putting up a full nasty response.

Now, I have measures that I use to capture them from the air, so I pull enough from the air and I move back to get my tools to cut the hive open.
