A reminder for everybody who may be new or maybe you're just tuning in for the first time

in a little bit. We are on a three times a week schedule right now and will be on that schedule until training

camp starts in about a month in late July. And today, James, we're going to talk a little bit

about both sides of the ball. We realize that we've neglected the defense a little bit, I think,

in our coverage of OTAs and of the offseason program because there's just

so much hype and so much attention around Joe Burrow and his recovery.

So of course, that's where our attention naturally went, as did yours.

But we're going to spend a little bit of time today talking about the defense a little bit later on in the show.

But James, you're really excited about some Bengals content today.
