Hi, everybody, and welcome to, because I said so, your favorite mother-daughter podcast.

This is an interesting, fun episode because mom and I were in the

Hamptons. We're in East Hampton. This is the East Hampton edition. East Hampton, um, collaboration

because I said so. Okay. Probably your favorite one yet. Yes. Okay, we're recording in the

garden of our hotel. And it's beautiful. people thought that we rented this place as an

Airbnb it's probably 12,000 square feet I posted it I posted it on Instagram and I

set our home for the weekend and people were like oh my gosh you Airbnb beat that

and I was like in what world we have we have room 201 yeah but they've been redone and they're so cute. But the ceilings, like when I get dressed and my hands go up like that, I hit the ceiling. The ceilings are so low. So Alex's husband would have to duck to go into the bathroom or just knock himself out. There should be a disclaimer that says if you're above six feet tall, don't stay here. Stay somewhere else. They don't have an elevator. We take the stairs up. It's really cute. It's very cute. It's like a bed and breakfast, but a redone one. And it's, okay, it's the same restaurant that the palm's in. And the palm is like a really nice restaurant, which for some we have not eaten at yet the palm like the palm

palm palm here it's called the palm yeah but i feel like i've seen the logo the palm elsewhere

there is a palm in palm springs yeah no not palm springs it's right palm not not palm desert

palm beach i think a couple places have the palm and they kind of all have the same logo i think so

like the l's the tree trunk thing you know

we're going to find out we should eat there tonight so we are going to do the boomer move as usual

then we're going to give you a full hampton breakdown hampton's review and then we're implementing

a new segment that says that's called mom it's 2022 where we bring content

By August, mom's going to do a stand-up comedy set, which will be, there's not another term besides pathetic, but you know that'll be funny. Like, pathetic in a funny way, right? Yes, it's okay. I have a self-deprecating humor, and I'm okay with that. You know, but you, it would be like me doing a cooking show.

Like, it would just be pathetic.
