60 miles north of Oklahoma City, an old yellow sedan comes gliding through a stretch of empty highway.

McVeigh parked a moving truck full of explosives in front of a federal building in downtown Oklahoma City.

He lit a fuse and hopped out of the truck and began walking in the other direction.

Two minutes later, McVeigh was knocked off his feet by the blast.

He didn't see the damage, but judging by the sound and force of the explosion, McVeigh was sure he brought down the entire building.
