Perhaps even the team I am most interested to discuss quite an off-season for the Thunder of Red.

I assume the reason that you're most interested in discussing it is because you just can't wait to talk to me.

Yeah, well, if I can't wait for you to select the water out of the refrigerator that you most want to get at Summer League,

but I also can't wait to talk to you. So yeah, let's... Fred, for those who haven't heard the story,

we were ahead like a dinner reservation and Fred delayed us by checking literally every single water in the fridge

to find which one was the coldest. Although in Vegas, that actually can't be an important test.

Figuratively, every single water, literally most of the waters.

It wasn't an interesting off-season though. It was quite an interesting off-season.

You know, it's funny because going into the off-season, Sam Presti, it is Exit Interview,

talked about how the goal for this off-season, he talks a lot about continuity. He used the word

continuity like seven times or eight times during a 20-minute Exit Interview. And I kind of thought,

given the lack of flexibility that they seemed to have on the roster at the time,

that that was just going to kind of be the case. They were going to have a similar roster.

They had the youngest roster in the playoffs last year and they just figured their best

chance of improvement was hoping the Jeremy Grant got better, hoping the Alex Abrena Scott

better and so on and so forth. And then all of a sudden, it turns out they had a lot more

flexibility than I and probably most people thought going into the off-season.

They had probably more flexibility than anyone other than Kevin Pritchard thought that they had.

That's accurate. So I think where I want to start though, and obviously the Paul George

acquisition is huge, we'll get to that. But generally the format I like to do when we start
