Around New Year's we get obsessed with how to change ourselves

instead of just expanding on what we're already doing right. So, so Raoul, what do you

think you're already doing right? I think that currently and it's something that I learned maybe in the last year and a half

I'm doing well with sitting in my emotions I was very good at intellectualizing them, but when it came to actually like feeling and sitting in them, I felt uncomfortable.

And sometimes it is uncomfortable, but it's good to go through the feeling of feeling the

feelings if that makes sense.

So I think I'm doing that quite well.

I'm doing well at knowing that no one can do better for me than me. I used to outsource my inspiration.

A lot, if that makes sense, I used to outsource depending on other people to tell me I was doing a good job or even outsourcing my intuition
