And we start off with another leg lower for oil prices, WTI crude, sinking another 2% today,

posting its lowest settle since February 2021.

This latest move coming is after OPEC Plus agreed to a production increase over the weekend.

Prices traded as low as $55 a barrel today.

The oil slum taking a bite out of energy stocks, APA, Occidental, and Akonico Phillips, leading the group lower.

It was the worst performing sector in the S&P this session

and has been the biggest drag on the market this quarter.

One of institutional investors, top oil analysts, warning there's no relief in sight.
