So I was kind enough, Paige's not feeling where I was kind enough to get Ali, who's been a long time member of the gang to join us. And we got much more to come from him. But thank you for filling.. It's really cool of you. Yeah, I really appreciate the opportunity. |

| 1:11.9 | So far, the route here it says, here it says better than any news agency. So it's basically a shout out here. So this is just a big shout out. And thank you from Wyoming's Joint Minerals Business and Economic Development Committee. We depend on your reporting of the news to help us make sound economic and business decisions for the residents of our state. Mark and Page, what you do is amazing, is making a big difference. Please give up the great work. What a great review is a five-star review. So thank you, one of one's joint mineral business and economic development committee. No pressure on me to get stuff right if y'all use in our show to make decisions but hey economic decisions but don't forget |

| 1:59.4 | let's get into the news stories what's up up first? All right. For first story here, BLM approves first application for |
| 2:06.3 | permanent carbon storage on public lands. Now, what is really cool about this is BLM, which typically |
| 2:12.3 | regulates the oil and gas industry on land in the U.S. has went ahead and green lighted ExxonMobil's |
| 2:17.4 | proposal to sequester carbon |
| 2:19.2 | in Wyoming. And it was really cool about this. So first thing is we've used carbon dioxide. We've injected in reservoirs for decades as a well stimulation technique. I talked to somebody other day, Ali, and they thought it pressurized the reservoir and had it correct. It's like it actually doesn't. What it really does is add energy to the oil, which makes it less viscous and easier |
| 2:36.9 | to get out of the ground. Yeah, that doesn't stick to the rock. But what's cool left this, this is the U.S. government saying, okay, ExxonMobil, you have the mechanical, physical ability to pour carbon dioxide out of the air. we're going to let you sequester or we're going to let you inject it underground and use it for commercial uses. |
| 2:53.2 | Now, what's really, and I've said this before, what's really cool |
