Welcome back to your Monday book. I talked rapid up the NFL Combine.

They released a fair back in Columbus, but we have not yet talked about a couple of things that happened at the NFL Combine over the weekend.

That means we're going to dig in on Paris Johnson, Dewan Jones and Luke Whiplier, players who were interviewed on Saturday, although Dewan Jones wasn't available.

And then we did see workouts from CJ Stroud Jackson Smith and Jigba on Saturday that we'll talk about and Paris Johnson, Dewan Jones and Luke Whiplier.

On Sunday that we'll talk about before we get in deep on what CJ Stroud and Jackson Smith and Jigba did.

And how much they impressed people on Saturday and Nathan, you were there in Lucas Oil Stadium watching it.

I just want to get a feel for what the vibe was like because once upon a time, I think it was a more select group of people that were able to be in Lucas Oil to watch the workouts.

Now the public can be in there. Anybody with the media credential, you don't have to get a special extra workout credential to be there.

So you were in the building to watch CJ and Jackson and what was it like?

Really interesting. You know, it was a very pro CJ Stroud crowd. And I think that it was probably not necessarily just OSU people coming over because they weren't cheering for Jackson Smith and Jigba the same way.

I think it was a lot of Colts fans cheering for CJ Stroud because they were they were for him and him alone.

And Bryce Young's not throwing and they liked all of the quarterbacks, you know, all the quarterbacks at the top.

So, you know, Anthony Richardson got a good ovation and Will Levis got good ovation.

But CJ's were I think the strongest. I think the Colts fans may be realistic about what's happening at the top and of the draft and what that might

need for them with that number four pick. So that was the one thing that stood out to me just from kind of the vibe of the place.

And there was even a couple of humorous times where there was a lot of pressure then on the receivers that were running routes for Stroud because again, it was a very pro Stroud crowd.

So if you let a ball hit the ground, they were going to let you know about it. And that happened a couple times.

And in Jackson, the Jigba did get some some ovation again, probably a decent amount of a hostage people there in the building.

And I saw some I saw CJ Stroud's family with Cory Dennis and and we know Brian Hartlin was around.

So there's definitely some Ohio State people connected there, but a fun vibe.

I thought it was it was kind of a relaxed vibe, but it gave that gave that that whole thing some energy that wouldn't be there if it was just an empty stadium.
