I've been planning my boyfriend's birthday party, she's turning 65. I've been planning the birthday for my son, he's turning nine.

I started Pilates, I'm a Pilates hotty, yes. I feel like if anybody listening and you have been really insecure if they're having a baby because you feel like your skin is loose or your stomach is the tight and it's not flat.

Oh my gosh, the Pilates workout is not super like intensive and hard but you feel your core being worked out so much.

So if you see me post my new picture on social media when I went out with my boyfriend, then you see that I lost a lot of weight since having a baby.

Like I'm under my pre baby weight, which I'm really proud of because I've been in healthier, like walking with the baby every day, really just staying active.

And I only was doing it not because I was creating unrealistic expectations, I'm still giving myself grace because I had a baby.

I was still being kind and gentle with myself, but I was using it being active as a way of therapy for me.

As a way to just relax and unwind and just get fresh air and to take my mind off all the stuff I got to do every single day, to working out the walk and it was just like therapeutic to me, making me feel good.

It's even better now that I bought me some headphones from five in the low, okay.

But all of those things have been making me feel so good and to see me looking better and feeling better and close is just a chef's kiss.

It just makes me feel wonderful.

So I say that to saying, don't forget to pour into yourself and do things that make you feel good.
