The FDA defines a class two recall as a situation in which use of or exposure to

a violative product may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health

consequences or where the probability of serious adverse health

consequences is remote. Well, that's what we have here with this recall as mislabeled cases of

Dr. Pepper Zero Sugar. I know, right? It's a voluntary recall from Dr. Pepper out of an abundance

of caution. They had 19,203 12-pack and 24-pack cases of 12-ounce cans of Dr. Pepper zero sugar.

The problem is, is that they're not zero sugar. They were found to contain full sugar. Oh boy. That's a big problem for people who

have diabetes, for people who can't have the sugar. I don't know that it would cause someone's death.

I feel like one can of Dr. Pepper will cause you to die.

Maybe you're closer to death than you think.

But, you know, that's just me.

That is just me.

So, they're recall, be careful out there if you have a Dr. Pepper zero sugar 12 pack.

Now, according to Dr. Pepper, these particular cans were distributed to retailers in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.

No other Dr. Pepper products were impacted,

and they claim that they've removed the products from the store shelves in those states.

That doesn't mean that they weren't purchased by people already.

So if you live in Florida, Georgia, or South Carolina, and you get your Dr. Pepper products from the Jacksonville,

Florida-based Pepsi beverages company. You may want to not drink that if you're expecting it
