Erica, I'm Hugh Hewitt, as predicted Virginia did what it did. And I'm going to talk with my guest, Mary

Catherine, Hamm, of getting hammered fame about that. Before we do that, Mary Catherine, were your

ears burning in the last half hour? Because I was talking about you with a pretty interesting guy,

Justice Neil Gorsuch. Were your ears burning? Oh, nice. They were not. That's exciting, though.

Well, the reason is he's written this brand new book, Heroes of 1776, and it's for, I would guess,

fourth graders through 10th graders, but I mentioned in there that Genghis Kate might enjoy

some of the mayhem. There's a lot of mayhem in this book. A lot of people die and get killed

and stuff like that. But in there is the story of Mary Catherine Goddard, who was the printer

of the Declaration of Independence. Did you know that? I did know that. She was very brave. She put her name on it so that

everyone knew she was on it. She spelled Mary Catherine like I do. She was a journalist also. And her

Schoflob brother ran off from the businesses that they started over and over again. And she kept

them running. And she was a great patriot. Well, he left that out of the book, the fact that her brother ran off with the money,

but he put the fact that she bravely signed her name and I saw that it was spelled the same

as you know, Justice, I don't know how you're going to promote this, but you've got to do a bit

with Mary Catherine Hamm, so I'm going to have our mutual friend who books Sean to the show puts you in touch

with the justices people because you'll love this book.
