naughty. So the State Department is actively ranking media organizations who is doing it right

and being a good little girl or a good little boy who's

doing it wrong and trying to make sure that those media outlets that they think are doing it wrong

go bankrupt. This is an egregious conflict of interest, not how the government should be using

taxpayer dollars. And we're going to explain it to you. It also has a link to the Woodham Lab theory.
