but God, we want you to take our faithlessness and make it faithful,

take our mushy, stupid little dumb hearts,

and make them good, and make them belong to you.

Because we're little trash rats without you.

We're like Ratatouille without the cooking skills without you, God.

So Lord, during this Christmas season,

that's our prayer.

And I'm going to open it up to everyone else.

Carolyn, maybe you can start the prayer,

But God, let's pray for faithfulness tonight.

Lord, my brother Kevin mentioned Ratatouille,

and that makes me think, it makes me wonder, God,

was there a little Ratatouille in the manger on the night that Christ was born?

You know, with all the Barnard animals, there was a sheep, I'm sure, and cows.
