going to have it before today's show was the burger bowl yes I was not surprised that you guys made something really delicious.

What I was surprised by was how closely you nailed the entire aesthetic of a burger, just without the bun.

Yeah.

Right down to that sauce.

I don't know what you put in that sauce, that burger sauce, but that is key burger sauce.

That was good stuff, dude. Thank you very much. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Yeah, the inspiration was a pretty famous burger that most of the least America knows, and it has that special sauce on it. And so we kind of use that as a base and then happy and halified it, took the bun out. And that's our whole thing it's like how do you make bowls that are similar to other flavors and make them good for you yeah

so burger bowl has been launched uh you know trying to get that classic americana uh july 4th

ish we launched it so so far so good that was your first foray into ground beef as well

their first fray yeah we've had. It was our first for a yeah.

We've had steak on the menu for a couple of years now.

And I in the last probably six to 12 months been eating a lot of ground beef and a lot of ground

chicken and ground turkey just as an easy way to get my protein in, put some veggies in there,

put some lettuce in there.

And so that was kind of the inspiration. Yeah. You are a man about town, too. You know, North Hills, I consider that to be my home base, even though that's really Joe's home base. Right. But I want to, I want to pump up neighborhood a little bit too. And I appreciate that. Because your other projects downtown, man, you got a lot going on. We're having fun. Yeah, we have great teams all over the place. We just opened up a neighborhood bar in Smokey Hollow, aptly called Neighborhood, Good Time Bar. Beer, wine, cocktails on draft, trivia. See, now I need to get him there because you said cocktails on draft
