The repetitive motion of moving down a trail like you can sometimes have this like great

specific idea of something you want to implement but it's also a really good time to kind of zoom out a little bit

because sometimes you have to like pull away a little bit from your day-to-day life in order to really see with greater clarity.

I don't know about you all, but I spend way too much time online,

be it researching, reading articles, scrolling the infinite scroll of social

media. I'm often connected, but I'm always trying to keep up.

Don't get me wrong. I'm really grateful for it too.

She explores wouldn't exist without it.

The in-person connections I've made thanks to glowing tiny squares and the ping of

push notifications. Make offline time that much sweeter. In a lot of ways, this is a simple episode about making friends offline, but it's also about
