Mark and Alex, we did one of these about a year ago to help us understand what was going on with your purchase agreement of the wolves things were sort of starting to literally starting to just start to unravel there it's it's been a crazy year for you guys for the timber wolves and you both seem like you're in a lot better moods today. We already got Mark smiling over that.
