Franklin Township Police Sergeant Kevin Bollaro was charged with second-degree official misconduct for allegedly ignoring multiple August 2025 911 calls reporting an active double murder. Instead of responding, investigators proved through GPS data that Bollaro was conducting personal errands (ATM, dinner) and sleeping in a cemetery while on duty. Seriously...what the heck?
