Welcome back to the pod, Amy. I got so many emails, texts, DMs. The response was absolutely

because it's incredible. Amy is a very successful, holistic dating coach. And in our last

episode, she explained what that means. And she helps people in their dating journeys. And

she was kind enough to take me on as a client. And I failed. And that's what we're going to talk about

today. I didn't fail, but we're going to talk about it. And I think the first thing, well,

the thing that I got the most comments and questions about was the dating app profile. Like,

this is what people had so many questions.

So and we kind of, you know, on the fly, you looked at my profile last, last time and you were like,

you know, this is really negative.

Can you talk a little bit about negativity on dating app profiles and some of the other most common pitfalls that you see on dating

at intervals. Yeah, I too got so much feedback from that episode. And you were so honest. It was really

beautiful about feeling stuck and not quite knowing how to portray yourself. And I think one of the first things I made

this huge mistake to post-divorce is we want to appeal to the masses. Like we're so used to the

dopamine hit that we put together a profile that feels like, oh my God. I, this is, you know,

I remember like it was like party girl, Amy and I put all these like cute, sexy pictures up.

And much like that one dress that you wore in your initial profile was a little seat through.

But, you know, I think I think that's the mistake because we're so afraid that we're going to measure ourselves based on the response.

And so I always tell people, like,

you want to be so specific about your profile that your best friend should read it and go,

oh, my God, nobody else could have written this but you. Like, this is so you. And you're going to

get less response. And that's okay. It only takes one. We're looking for one, you know. And so I think
