1:02.2	Obviously, the delivery route IPO this week was a complete disaster.
1:06.2	The stock dropped 30% pretty much immediately, all of a sudden.
1:10.2	A quote from this IPO is that the delivery was £50 million for retail investors, which it marketed heavily to its customers.
1:18.2	Most people would argue that providing retail investors a way to participate in IPOs is a good thing.
1:23.2	But do you think it is a good idea for companies to actually do this?
1:27.2	The upside seems pretty limited.
1:29.2	Retail investors will likely only ever cover a small percentage of the order book.
1:33.2	And as the delivery was discovered, there was potential to poison your relationship with some of your most loyal customers if the IPO goes wrong.
