0:07.9	and they mean a lot to me in my life right now. It's something that I think maybe our grandparents
0:12.7	used to say. I think they knew what it meant, but maybe our parents' generation said it,
0:17.6	but they didn't use the words in the right context. Offer it up. I think these are three really
0:23.0	powerful words and I want to tell you what it doesn't mean because I think sometimes people
0:28.0	offer it up and what they mean is suck it up princess, suck it up buttercup, not a big deal.
0:34.0	Offer it up. It's not a big deal and move on. That's not what offer it up means. Okay, so where do
0:39.6	we get offer it up from? I know that I've been talking a lot recently about my health journey
0:45.5	and chronic pain and sickness and a lot of you are in the same boat as me and really suffering.
0:51.2	And I just want to thank you for sharing your story with me and just trusting me with your heart.
0:56.3	I really understand where you're coming from with the frustration. I said it before and I'll say it
1:00.9	again, I couldn't do this. I couldn't get through day-to-day life without God's grace.
1:07.2	And I think even offering it up, I can only do that by God's grace. So I love this saying,
1:13.1	offer it up. Like don't let suffering go to waste. Like Jesus suffered. Our lady suffered so much.
1:21.3	She watched her son get condemned to death, die. He was sweating blood. Jesus suffered so much
1:32.4	for love of us. I think that when you are dealing with some type of really serious sickness or
1:40.6	chronic illness or any suffering, we can unite ourselves to Christ in the agony of the garden.
1:47.8	So he asked his followers to stay awake. Stay awake with me. He said stay awake with me.
1:54.1	Pray with me. And what happened? He's praying and his body is so stressed out. So I know
2:02.6	my body is so stressed out. One of the things that I deal with with all my chronic issues, chronic
2:10.0	fatigue, pain, all of it is my body is in like I have adrenal issues and my body is in constant
2:17.0	fight mode. And so it's like overly stressed out. It shouldn't be this stressed out. There's no
