They're in recess because Judge Norieca has asked the defense in the prosecution to sit

down and say, hey, you guys talk to each other because you're not in agreement about the

terms of this plea deal.

And she's questioning very much that is pleaing to this tax evasion to misdemeanor charges

would somehow protect them and divert them.

It's called a diversion clause from the gun charges or any other.

And the judge asking the prosecution is Hunter Biden currently under an active investigation.

The prosecution saying yes, although the prosecution would not answer her questions as to specifically

what was under investigation.

So earlier in the show, we played Dan Abrams from Good Morning America this morning on ABC,

talking to George Stephanopoulos and basically talking as if this is just really a formality.

I mean, the deal is done with Hunter Biden and the government and it's a formality go

before the judge.

It's very rare that judge has a problem.

And George said this is going to get approved, right?

And Dan Abrams said, oh, yeah, this is just a so and no, apparently that is not what has

happened.
