0:00.0	Listeners, I have been so excited to share this story with you guys and with Ginger.
0:05.3	Our family is currently in the process of renovating our house.
0:08.6	And so I took my daughter Avery with me to pick out flooring.
0:11.8	And the store we went to was pretty small.
0:13.9	I mean, maybe the size of a small Starbucks or something.
0:16.8	And there were only two employees in there.
0:18.7	The owner, who is a tall 30-something former Marine and his
0:24.8	middle-aged female designer. So just the two of them, me and Avery. And I was standing with Avery
0:30.2	looking through this tall display of carpet samples. And the rack that the samples were on was about
0:35.9	neck height on me. And I was moving these large
0:39.0	samples from my right to my left, almost like turning the pages of a large metal book.
0:43.6	Well, as I got to one of the samples, y'all, a snake dropped from the top of the display rack
0:51.2	to my feet, a real live snake inside the carpet store.
0:56.2	Oh, my goodness.
0:57.6	And it was, you know, inside the display where I was going through carpet samples, it was pretty much one of the last things I ever expected to happen in that moment.
1:07.8	Yeah.
1:08.5	I mean, a little carpet fuzz, possibly a roach.
1:11.5	Yeah, a roach.
1:12.0	But a snake is not something I'd consider to be the norm in a carpet store.
1:15.0	So what'd you do?
1:16.2	Well, okay, there's some dispute between Avery and me as to what my reaction was in that
1:20.7	moment because you guys know I am super level, super chill, not dramatic at all.
