I'm actually at the golf course right now.

And I'm taking you on my journey of trying to qualify for the US Open

being held at Pebble Beach this year.

Now a lot of people ask me Anya, why did you stop playing professionally?

Well, it's because golf is hard.

It's a hard lifestyle.

I was on the road 30 plus weeks out of the year.

And unlike if you play for a team like in the WNBA

where they cover your travel expenses and you get a guaranteed salary,

that is not the case as a professional golfer.

You pay out of pocket for all of your own expenses.

So unless you're playing really, really well,

you could literally go into debt playing this game,

which side note I did.

And now that I have stepped away from the game,

I have a much greater appreciation for the sport

and I'm much more excited to get out there and play

mainly because it isn't my life anymore

and my livelihood isn't dependent on it.

But I have to say, the hardest thing for me right now
