Still no maths, but this week, we will be covering the first four episodes of

The Ultimatum. Hi, Aid. How are you? I'm all right. How are you? I am good. But lately,

I feel like I've been wondering why I'm so busy. And I know you understand because you're busy too. I feel like we're

on the go. We are on the go. I think we have to be intentional, which is what I'm trying to be.

For instance, I did something I've probably never done, which is cancel a work trip simply

because I could. I'm like, I'm going to sit at

home. So you have to take the space to not be busy. That's kind of what I did this last weekend.

That's what you did this past weekend. We were not busy people. Yes. This is true. I opted out of

a trip because I just needed, I being on fumes and I just needed rest because traveling

for work tomorrow and back on the go again for the next two weeks.

So yes, you're right.

We have to be intentional.

But why?

Why?

There's a lot of things in life that I want to do.

Yeah. Well, grateful for the opportunity to do them, right?

Right. Not passing up on most things.

That's the problem.
