I went to a wedding this weekend for my dad who got remarried to his college girlfriend.

Can you believe it? It's a great story. I'll have to share more on that later.

But I wanted to start off by thanking everybody for tuning in to my first episode with Ashley, I, all the positive feedback.

Anyway, I wanted to start off by just explaining why I wanted to start a podcast.

I've been getting asked that a lot lately.

Back in my era, there were no podcasts. Blogs were kind of a thing.

Instagram was just kind of starting out. I wrote a book about my experience, which was a tell-all, probably one of the first tell-alls.

But since the book came out so much has happened, the game has changed a lot.

And I wanted to have an ongoing conversation about how reality TV really changes the lives of people that do it.

Sometimes over the better, sometimes for the worse. I've been on kind of both sides.
