funny i don't think you realize the toll it takes on me when you play bad at golf don't you feel

like a fraud as a human being uh i used to be wrapped up i don't care anymore because i know i'm never

going to be good so it doesn't bother me anymore i have in it in my mind that I'm just I want to be better. Yeah. No, that's where I was mentally four years ago, three or four years ago. It would ruin my day. I recognize it ruins my day. I recognized that behavior because this is where I was three or four years ago. And I just had this epiphany of like to shave off two strokes. It's not going to matter. It's, it's never going to happen. I suck. My baseline suck. If I finish with a 42 and a round of nine, great. I'll pat myself at the back. I'm happy with that. Like, otherwise, I'm not going to make myself crazy about it anymore. It made me fucking crazy. I don't even know why I did it.

I recognize what you were doing.

I know that behavior.

I know it well.

I mean, I've committed to the sport. I belong to a club up here in Boston. I belong to one in Florida. I mean, it's money. It's a lot of money. And I spend a lot of time, man. Yeah. It's four hours out on the course.

You know, that's a good chunk of time and money.

And then I go out there and I play the way I did in our thing.

And it's like, you're wasting like, so I get so bent out of shape about it. It ruins my day.

It absolutely does.

And, you know, you can tell when I'm extra bitchy, it's probably because...
