the news eventually. We got a lot going on. There's a Senate race in Maine that you guys need to

know about. It's important. We got some anti-Semitism news, slightly related to that,

actually. Legal updates from the Virginia Supreme Court and redistricting effort and the Supreme Court

on the Voting Rights Act. We have updates on the L.A. fires. Some news from L.A. But before we get

to all that, Vic, how's it going? Hello, Mary Catherine.

It's going well. The weather is gorgeous here, as you know. So this morning, and also because

I hurt my shoulder, I decided I was going to go for a run. And I hadn't run in about four months.

And I did 4.3 miles. Oh. Yes. And I hadn't run in about four months. And I did 4.3 miles.

Oh.

Yes.

And I was like the marathon guy who did sub two, the sub two hour.

I averaged 11 minutes and 15 seconds.

You are so much.

I'm almost there.

I'm almost there.

I don't know how many, how many minutes per hour that is, but I'm sure it's

devastating in terms of the sub two guys. But I'm going to say if I had new sneakers, because that's

what everyone says, it's the sneakers, then I probably would have gone faster. But, um, yeah, I think

you would have broken two hours on your. Yeah. Yeah. with the new shoes, the shoes that weigh like nothing.
