0:05.1	experience, but I know talking to my son's friends more generally, there's a really strong

0:11.6	It's a very different script of one of their months.
0:13.7	Their months or grandmother's work, it was, you're going to be a wife and you're going

0:17.8	Maybe if you work, it will be part of time, but that's your primary role.
0:21.4	A new script for women is get educated, become economically independent, become empowered,
0:27.7	and make sure you can stand on your own two feet.
0:29.5	A really positive powerful script for young women now.
0:33.0	Fant and wonderful women might be.
0:34.8	But what's the script for men?
0:36.2	We've torn up the old male script for good reason.
0:38.8	What's the new male script?
0:40.8	Where's the sense of, you know, ambition and where are the messages we're sending to our
0:46.3	boys about their education and their independence, their empowerment, and the answers we're not.
0:52.6	And so then they end up drifting.
0:55.4	And it's not there for all.
0:56.4	It's out.
