You know, what the young women are now, and you could probably speak to some of your own

experience, but I know talking to my son's friends more generally, there's a really strong

script for young women there.

It's a very different script of one of their months.

Their months or grandmother's work, it was, you're going to be a wife and you're going

to be a mother.

Maybe if you work, it will be part of time, but that's your primary role.

A new script for women is get educated, become economically independent, become empowered,

and make sure you can stand on your own two feet.

A really positive powerful script for young women now.

Fant and wonderful women might be.

But what's the script for men?

We've torn up the old male script for good reason.

What's the new male script?

Where's the sense of, you know, ambition and where are the messages we're sending to our

boys about their education and their independence, their empowerment, and the answers we're not.

And so then they end up drifting.

And it's not there for all.

It's out.
