0:56.0 | And those three words, the words we're going to discuss today, are should, must, and won't. |
1:05.0 | And all of these words are the source of unhappiness in so many people's lives. |

1:21.0 | Let's start with should. |
1:24.0 | There's no candidate for the most dangerous word in the English language. |
1:33.0 | Higher up than should. |
1:37.0 | Should is the route of, well, the Buddhists say life is suffering in some translations. |
1:48.0 | I don't like that one so much. |
1:50.0 | I like the translation of life is dissatisfaction, unless you perceive life as it really is. |
2:00.0 | And should is the word of that dissatisfaction. |
2:05.0 | Now, should can be implied to your internal judgments of yourself, your inner voice, your inner critic. |
