And they say it's because it's just extremely difficult.

It's a challenging job. You don't get paid as much as you probably should.

I guess it's kind of dangerous. Physically demanded. Yes, dangerous as well. Heavy metal objects. And here's the thing. Simultaneously, well, people don't consider that. Like, we have these jobs. We act like are a big deal. Very important.

A lawyer.

Very important.

Actually, we can't have lawyers.

The U.S. infrastructure is aging.

And welders are needed.

Let me tell you something.

Whether you think about, whether I think about welders very often or not, a world without them ends very quickly for most of us.

I'm going to say, it's literally falling apart. Literally, you are holding us together, and your job
