Okay, so selfies have been a thing since 2008.

And this is shocking information.

Between the years of 2008 to 2024, there have been 480 fatalities due to selfies.

I don't find this surprising at all.

Really? No, because I was on a cliff one time.

And I, believe it or not, I was on the right side of the barrier, like taking videos and I was on vacation.

And there was this dude who climbed over the barrier and was right on the edge of the cliff taking a selfie.

It's not worth it.

And there was part of me that was thinking, okay, there was part of me saying, please don't fall.

Okay, yeah, that's what I was thinking.

What was the other part?

They're like, wait, let me get my video camera.

Yeah, yeah.

I'm like, I'm going to roll on him and see what happens.

No, when it comes to the selfie fatalities, mainly falling from heights is the most common.

And so some people are noticing that it's happening more in the places like that are picturesque, you know, that are well known for history or they were in movies or something.
