In Texas, temps have been in the upper 90s,

even making it to the triple digits someday,

so needless to say, it's hot and dry, making it a matchbox ready to blow for any resident

who thinks it's a good idea to light fireworks this 4th of July.

And that's why Round Rock, Texas has been trying to get this message across to the

locals telling them for a while that fireworks are illegal in the area.

But I guess those messages have gone in one ear and out the other so they decided to

call up their good friend Sesame Street's Elmo. Yes you heard me right Elmo

to post a video giving the same warning with a caption that reads quote

since y'all didn't understand the last few times we said it here's Elmo to put it on a

level even a five-year-old can understand.

Using our having fireworks in Red Rock is a big no-no.
