She is the host of ODAT Chat, which is a relatively new podcast about sobriety.

And I have the good fortune to be a guest on our Lena podcast recently, and I highly

recommend you listen to it because she's such a good interviewer.

She got me to get really, really vulnerable and talk about things that I've pretty much

never talked about, so that's worth a listen.

And then as it turned out, when I revealed like one of my big, deep dark secrets,

she was like, oh, that happened to me too. So we had a me too moment unexpected on air.

So Arlina is here today and we're going to talk about her story and we're going to talk about

what it's like to the podcast hosts and what our experiences like on this side of the mic.
