for the Vice President to invoke the 25th Amendment, which would require the Cabinet to agree that

the President is not mentally fit to continue in office, resulting in

J.D. Vance becoming the next president. Joining us to assess whether Trump is crazy than ever, or has

always been crazy, is Dr. Alan Francis, a professor emeritus and former chair of psychiatry

and behavioral science at Duke University.

He's the author of the award-winning international bestseller, Saving Normal,

and the reference work, Essentials of Psychiatric Diagnosis.

And his latest book is Twilight of American Sanity.

A psychiatrist analyzes the age of Trump, now out in an updated paperback version.

Then we're looking to a potentially damaging issue arising from Trump's plan to bail out American soybean farmers who have lost the Chinese market due to Trump's tariffs and are

furious that Trump is bailing out his wannabe dictator buddy in Argentina, who has opened up his market by scrapping

export taxes, which has China swooping in to buy Argentine soybeans.

Joining us is Victoria Murillo, who is a professor of political science and the former director

of the Institute for Latin American Studies at Columbia University, whose research focuses on electoral behavior,

labor politics, education, reform, agricultural policies,

and economic policy in Latin America.
