Happy Halloween everyone. We're catching up on everything that happened during day 11 of the Delphi

Murders Trial. In Northern California, deputies were called to a home for a reported welfare check of a young

child.

And in North Carolina, police responded to a home for a reported shooting.

In that incident, a child walked to a neighbor's home

and said that his grandparents had been shot in the head.

All righty we are on today 11 of the Delphi Murders Trial.

To start the day the first witness called to the stand was Dr. Monica Walla. Now Dr. Walla is a contractor and the lead psychologist at the

Indiana Department of Corrections and she primarily works at Westville Correctional Unit. She explained that she began seeing Richard Allen back in

2022 after he was transferred to Westville. Dr. Walla explained to the jury that

whenever she would meet with the accused, he was unshackled and seated in a three by three cubicle

When their sessions first started Dr Walla would always ask Richard how he was doing

She explained to the jury that based on her experience and the research she had done into his background

he was well educated and at times a good communicator.

The first big bombshell of the day was when Dr Walla described an interaction

that had taken place on April 5th, 2023 when she met with Richard.

She explained to the jury that the defendant discussed his case with her.

In her report that was filed, she wrote that Richard told her, quote, I killed Abby and Libby. I made sure they were dead because I didn't
