How did you get that incredibly entertaining title?

Yeah, one has a problem bringing himself of certain demons.

That was my, the Boston Globe, I think, awarded me that title.

They did an article about one of my books, and they're always looking for clever and literative ways to describe people.

So I am the part of the bizarre.

It also says you are Ghost Master General.

I can't defend myself against this stuff.

Any time this, well, not anytime, but often when there's an article about me,

and they're likely to appear around Halloween, someone will search for another

alliterative phrase, and I'll get tagged with it, and I'm just sorry you picked up on it.

Well, actually, all I did was pick up on Wikipedia, which of course is the fountain of all current information for humanity.

You've written a lot about topics involving ghosts and hauntings, specifically centered around New England and the New England states.

What do you make of this, Joe?

Are people imagining this stuff, or are there really such things as ghosts?

Well, I think probably both.

People are imagining things, and I think there is such a thing as what I call the ghost experience.
