All righty, so first things first I need to apologize.

Obviously I said I was gonna try and get some stuff going on the Instagram

over this little break that we had.

Thanks so much PG&E. But I'll just come out and say that I was not prepared at all.

I kind of, you know, said I would do something and didn't plan to have power for my phone. So,

apologies for that. But I did promise a longer episode and it's going to be quite a long episode today because we have a

ton to catch up on from day one and day two of the Delphi trial.

So we're going to get into that and then we got a couple other cases for you. So let's dive into it.

As stated, opening statements began on Friday in Delphi. So we're going to catch you up to

speed on what happened during Friday and Saturday sessions. In Florida, deputies responded to a home for a reported suicide and found that the victim was one of their colleagues.

And in Pennsylvania, police responded to a home after receiving a missing person report.

They'd ultimately discover a body wrapped in plastic in a closet.

Police believe that the death is related to the death of another from two decades ago.

So, the last time we spoke about this trial day one of jury selection had just begun and we learned that 14 jurors had been selected eight women and six men

But on day two of the jury selection, the defense dropped a bit of a bombshell in the courtroom. During the many opening statements, Richard Allen's defense attorney Andrew Baldwin said that a hair that didn't belong to Richard Allen had been discovered in

Abbey Williams's hand. This information created a bit of a shockwave not only

through the true crime community, but also through the community of those who have been following this case, and particularly, pretty closely.

There was always a rumor that DNA was involved in the case, but nothing was ever confirmed, so we had that to leave us wondering for a few days. It wouldn't be
