Here's the thing that makes life so interesting, the theory of evolution claims only the strong

shell survived. Maybe so. Maybe so. But the theory of competition says just because they're the strong doesn't mean they can't get the kick. That's right. See, whatever long shot come from behind underdog will tell you is this. The other guy may in fact be the favorite. The odds may be stacked against you fair enough. But what the odds don't know is

this isn't a math test. This is a completely different kind of test. One where passion has a funny way of trumping logic. So before you step up to the starting line. Before the whistle blows and the clock starts ticking. Just remember out here the results don't always add up. No matter what the stats may say,

and the experts may think and the commentators may have predicted. When the race is on, all bets are wrong. Don't be surprised if somebody decides to flip the script and take a pass on yelling uncle. And then suddenly, as the old saying goes, we got ourselves a game.

And today, we have another check presentation last month's charity charge. They opened up a new location in Vestavia Hills, Alabama. And if you, you know, aren't from this area, but you that that's like, hey, that's familiar. It's because that's where the last studio was.

And we said that a lot, but they have a new takeout location that's that really helped in the number last month, really jumped up for ALS Association of Alabama.

We'll have Jordi here today. We'll also have their managing director for care services, Janet Thorn. She'll be here. Tim Spencer with Buffalo Wild Wings will be here and we'll announce

that next Monday is our next charity charge, benefiting Venice's foundation. That's right. And that's dear to us. That is who put on the crap run. If you are familiar with Greg going out, I don't have to run.

You don't need to do this. You just got to eat chicken. That's right. And and they they do a lot of great work when, you know, when they sit there and and saw what all the cancer patients were going through for treatment days that are, you know, maybe you go through chemotherapy radiation. You spent hours at the hospital receiving treatment and their goal for the foundation was to to brighten the day of those in treatment by sharing not only faith and love, but

also maybe a basket of stuff that you might need for those long days. Chap stick, maybe a journal puzzle. Gas card. Yeah. Exactly. Exactly. Maybe no charge. Yeah. Travel size pillow. You know, whatever the cake gum can. Whatever. And those they provide those. They they go to the hospitals and hand them out and stuff. And so they do a lot of great work. We'll talk more about them. But I know that's dear to you and and Lisa and that's why you're part of the crap run. Absolutely.

So that we'll talk about that coming up during the main show. And that's coming up Monday. You know, that's good.
