to remove black majority districts in which the court's right-wing majority

appears poise to eviscerate Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act

and give the Republicans 10 to 12 additional House seats in the upcoming midterms

before any votes are cast at the expense of representation for black voters in the South.

Joining us is David Daly, the author of Anti-Democratic, Inside the Rights 50-year Plot to Control American Elections,

as well as the national bestseller, Rat Eft, Why Your Vote Doesn't Count,

which has been credited for kick-starting the national movement to reformed redistricting.

He's the former editor-in-chief of Ceylon, and we will discuss his latest article at Ceylon.

John Roberts is slowly dismantling America.

Then with the oyster man challenging Janet Mills in Maine for the U.S.
