A friend of mine's got a daughter who's a young teenager and she's really struggling with feeling like God's around and like am I

good Christian or not like what's going on with me what's the problem and I'm like dude

he'd be texting me about it like he's like you got anything to say like yeah I just

wrote a whole book about it yeah but but one thing I would tell her, if she was listening, maybe she is, I would say,

hey, that feeling you have like, God's not there. That is very common. It happens with a lot of people.

People don't talk about it a lot, but it's common.

No, very, very common. But, like,

the number one promise of the Bible is, I am with you. I'll be with you always, Jesus told us,

at the end of Matthew. I mean, it's over and over. I'll be with you. I am with you. I am with you.

Like, apparently, if somebody makes that promise all the time, they know how you're gonna feel sometimes.

Like, otherwise that promise wouldn't be necessary

to keep saying that, like, don't forget,

make no mistake, I am with you.

I'm not leaving just because you feel like it,

just because that's what's going through your head,

it doesn't change reality. I'm with you.
