And hopefully, well, that just answered that question. Yeah still recovering i got i got better last week

but uh then none then you know i was good for like a day and then my body was like hey we got

to clear all this stuff out still so uh still struggling a little bit but uh i'll try to resist

from coughing brian have a ditch technical producer and more lots of stuff for you in the show

notes apologies for the last few weeks

of little glitches and things with that we've got so much in there uh it's stored on

Microsoft OneDrive which has been fine and stable but just the interface and some issues there but

everything appears to be working today if for some reason when you go to your show notes bookmark

if it's not and tries to

sign you into Microsoft OneDrive, click in your initials or picture in the top right corner,

click on sign out, and then go to show notes.ca, and if that works, then replace that as the bookmark

to leak the old one there.
