Yes, we were in the middle of a solar eclipse.

The peak was at 920 this morning.

I didn't think you were going to be able to see it,

so I put a link into the show notes for the live feed from NASA.

I grabbed a screenshot of it and threw it into the show notes,

and it's there, but yeah, it continues until 10.38.

This is a different eclipse because the moon is smaller than the sun at this ratio,

so it doesn't completely blot it out.

You get literally, as Johnny Cash sang, the ring of fire.
